We want you to love your look. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unopened and unworn hair products within 30 days of purchase due to hygienic reasons.

Return Process

  Email our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare Package

  Place the item in its original packaging. Ensure the security seal remains intact and unbroken.

  Ship Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
